All products sold by The Kimchi Guy Food are food and perishable items
Product availability is subject to stock and seasonal ingredients
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change recipes without prior notice

3. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
Orders are confirmed once we verify availability and payment method
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion
Orders may be cancelled if incorrect pricing, product information, or delivery details are provided

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
Prices may change without prior notice
Payment methods may include:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank transfer
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa / online payment (where available)

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to most cities across Pakistan through third-party courier services
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or public holidays
Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability may result in re-shipping charges

6. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of products passes to the customer once the order is delivered
Risk of damage or spoilage transfers upon successful delivery

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted
Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases of:
- Damaged or leaking products
- Wrong items delivered
- Expired or spoiled products upon arrival
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Replacement Policy

8. Product Use & Storage

Customers are responsible for following storage instructions provided on the label or shared at the time of purchase
We are not liable for spoilage or health issues caused by improper storage, handling, or misuse

9. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our products may contain allergens such as soy, sesame, garlic, or chilli
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to contact us before placing an order
We are not responsible for allergic reactions if prior notice was not given

10. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, images, product names, and text belong to The Kimchi Guy Food
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Abuse, threaten, or harass our staff
Misuse our services for fraudulent purposes

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Kimchi Guy Food shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased
