Refund & Replacement PolicyΒ 

At The Kimchi Guy Food, we ensure every product is packed with care and quality. As our products are food and perishable items, the following policy applies across Pakistan.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or broken on arrival

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

How to Raise a Complaint

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

  • Order number

  • Clear pictures of the product and outer packaging

Claims after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Refund Method

  • Online payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa

  • Processing time: 2–3 working days
