Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:

How to Raise a Complaint
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

Clear pictures of the product and outer packaging
Claims after 48 hours will not be entertained.
Refund Method

Online payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa
